Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We have our own hose factory and our own foreign trade company, which is more conducive to providing customers with a better service experience.
How do I get product prices?
We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry (Except weekend and holidays). If you are very urgent to get the price, please email us or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quote.
What are your payment terms?
Usually, 30% as deposit, 70% before shipment by T/T.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, we can provide free samples for your review.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally the samples will be sent immediately by the air express in 3 days if the goods are in stock. Normally within 30 days, please confirm with us before order!
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our typical minimum order quantity is a full container load (20ft or 40ft). However, we can also accept smaller orders that do not fill a container, although please note that this may increase shipping costs. Therefore, we generally do not have a strict minimum order quantity.
